Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide the Service:
- Contact and account information — such as your name, email address, and (if you choose to provide it) your mobile phone number, along with the household or family members you connect within the Service.
- Content you create in the Service — such as calendar events, reminders, messages, and tasks you and your family members add.
- Technical information — such as basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) generated when you use the website, used to keep the Service secure and working.
How we use information
- To create and operate your account and deliver the Service.
- To send coordination notifications you have asked for — for example calendar reminders, schedule-change alerts, and notice of new messages — by email and, if you have opted in, by SMS text message.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
SMS text messages and mobile information
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, by verbally agreeing during a phone call with our representative, or by texting START or YES to our number — we will send you text messages through our “Family Updates” program: updates, reminders, invitations, and important information about your family’s gatherings, celebrations, milestones, reunions, and related events.

- We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging service providers we use strictly to transmit the messages you have requested.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With other members of your own family group, to the extent the Service is designed to share calendars, messages, and tasks among them.
- With service providers who work on our behalf — for example hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery — under contracts that limit them to providing those services to us. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Enormous Technologies.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can review and update your account information at any time within the Service.
- You can turn off SMS notifications by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by changing your notification settings.

The Service is intended to be set up and managed by adults in a household. Accounts and family groups are created and controlled by a parent or guardian.
